Michael will call you to learn what you need help with. You can ask questions, review a coverage-change notice, and discuss your next steps. Requesting a callback does not enroll you in a plan or change your coverage. You do not need to decide on a plan to ask for help. Any required appointment documentation will be handled before a plan-specific discussion.
If you have both Medicare and Medicaid, tell Michael during your consultation so he can help you understand how your coverage works together. This page offers Medicare guidance, not Medicaid enrollment services.
